However the participating IT and BPO\/KPO companies should take care of the following at their own expense:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">1) Travel to and from the venue.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">2) Lunch, snacks, tea, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">3) VITA will provide water but players should get their own bottles\/glasses.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">4) Teams should bring their own playing kit.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">All companies participating in the Volleyball should report to the field 30 minutes prior to the start time i.e., 7:30 AM.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">All Companies should ensure that all their members have their employee photo ID cards with them at all times. Any team found to have one or more players without proper ID&#8217;s will be disqualified at any stage of the competition.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">Track suits or company clothing will be allowed as long they are not jeans. No player will be allowed to play with jeans.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">Players should have proper footwear such as sneakers. No one wearing chap-pals or playing barefoot will be allowed.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">All employees participating in shuttle and Table Tennis should come at least half an hour prior to the actual time and get their names verified as we want to start the matches by 8 AM.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><span style=\"color: #073763;\">IMPORTANT: All are requested to be at the venue 30 mins prior to the events.
