General Points:

All the games will be played with the balls/shuttles provided by VITA. However the participating companies should take care of the following at their own expense:
1) Travel to and from the venue.
2) Lunch, snacks, tea, etc.
3) VITA will provide water but players should get their own bottles/glasses.
4) Teams should bring their own playing kit.

All companies participating in Athletics should report to the field 30 minutes prior to the start time, i.e. 7:30 AM.

All companies should ensure that all their members have their employee photo ID cards with them at all times. Any team found to have one or more players without proper ID’s will be disqualified irrespective of the stage of the competition.

Players are recommended to wear white. However, track suits or company clothing will be allowed as long they are not jeans. No player will be allowed to play with jeans.

Players should have proper footwear such as sneakers. No one wearing chappals or playing barefoot will be allowed.

All teams should come at least half an hour before their match schedule.
