Sunday March 20th
Badminton: Doubles (Gentlemen) 9 AM
Badminton Venue: Andhra University Golden Jubilee Indoor Stadium, Andhra University. When traveling from Siripuram towards Chinna Waltair, this stadium comes after the AU Out Gate and is opposite the School of Distance Education .
Sunday March 13th
Table Tennis: Singles & Doubles (Ladies) 10 AM
Badminton: Singles (Men) 9 AM
Venue: AU Indoor Stadium opposite AU School of Distance Education.
Saturday and Sunday March 4th and 5th
Carroms: Singles & Doubles 9 AM
Carroms Venue: Patra India BPO Services Office, on NH-5, Near Passport Office.
Saturday February 27th
Volley Ball: 8 AM
Venue: Andhra University campus volleyball courts opposite the AU Canteen.
Sunday February 28th
Shuttle: Singles & Doubles (Ladies only) 8 AM
Table Tennis: Singles & Doubles (Gents only) 8 AM

General Points:
All the games will be played with balls/shuttles provided by VITA. However the participating IT and BPO/KPO companies should take care of the following at their own expense:
1) Travel to and from the venue.
2) Lunch, snacks, tea, etc.
3) VITA will provide water but players should get their own bottles/glasses.
4) Teams should bring their own playing kit.
All companies participating in the Volleyball should report to the field 30 minutes prior to the start time i.e., 7:30 AM.
All Companies should ensure that all their members have their employee photo ID cards with them at all times. Any team found to have one or more players without proper ID’s will be disqualified at any stage of the competition.
Track suits or company clothing will be allowed as long they are not jeans. No player will be allowed to play with jeans.
Players should have proper footwear such as sneakers. No one wearing chap-pals or playing barefoot will be allowed.
All employees participating in shuttle and Table Tennis should come at least half an hour prior to the actual time and get their names verified as we want to start the matches by 8 AM.
IMPORTANT: All are requested to be at the venue 30 mins prior to the events. Late comers will be forfeiting their match.
